We offer a complete solution in a single housing containing a microprocessor controller and a power circuit of up to nine thyristor modules and heat sinks. The device is ideal for upgrading the electrical power circuit of multi-spot resistance welding machines, both AC and DC.

EXPERT ADVICE: Work of multi-sport resistance welding machine with poor power supply network

Many industrial factories have weak power supply network (a power supply network of low short-circuit power). Simultaneous operation of several machines causes a large voltage drop and as a result the operation of the factory becomes impossible. To solve this problem, our controller has two additional modes of resistance welding: sequential and singular. Resistance welding modes mean ability to sequential control of each welding transformer during resistance welding of one wire. The sequential or singular resistance welding modes are used in those factories where the simultaneous operation of all welding transformers at the same time is impossible due to the large voltage drops.

Our control systems of multi-spot welding machines have been controlling the work of dozens of machines in industrial plants all over Poland. Thanks to them, the devices like reinforcement meshes, mining meshes, fencing panels, mesh antennas and baskets were produced. We contributed to improving the safety of miners with our control systems for resistance welders producing steel security mesh in the coal mines. One of the first machines for which we have developed modern control system was used to manufacture of steel meshes used to build a 50 kilometers long tunnel hollowed in the Swiss Alps. A mesh produced by machines with our control systems are exported to many countries such as Germany and Scandinavian countries.
